We need easy days. I watched three grand-boys for six days. I needed to rest.

Not too well to be honest. I woke up with an awful migraine and just feeling very shitty physically overall, had lots of nightmares and sleep paralysis at night. I felt a bit better by the afternoon, but it wasn’t the best day for me.
