First, music. I am listening to a lot of great music lately. This is one song that I love. I love Ed Sheeran. This Ed song makes me happy every time I hear it.

What am I gonna do this week for a self care activity? Well, Bee recommended some great reads in her latest post. I encourage you to take a look at it to get some great suggestions for new self improvement books to read.

For myself, I think I am going to start reading you are a badass by Jen Sincero! It looks like a great read! And I think I’d enjoy it immensely!

And we can all use a little self improvement, right?

Right! So that’s on my to read list this week! 😀

I hope ya’ll have a fab Monday! Remember, be a badass!

Hello Carol Ann, lovely to have you with us this week. I hope you enjoy the book. It really kicked my bum. She is a great writer and has a fun style. Am just back from a walk with Sherky and am having a cup of tea. Telling myself that I am doing well with creating new things. Hope you are having a great week and thanks for the shoutout!

Thank you for reading, liking, and commenting to my posts.  It is very appreciated.

I am currently raising money to pay for ongoing psychotherapy. I am a survivor of complex trauma, I have dissociative identity disorder, and complex PTSD.  Therapy can be very expensive.

If you feel like donating to my fund you can donate using pay pal. My pay pal email for donating is:

Don’t feel you have to, there is no pressure, but I’m grateful for any donations that are received.

Again thanks for visiting!
