First, music. I am listening to a lot of great music lately. This is one song that I love. I love Ed Sheeran. This Ed song makes me happy every time I hear it.

What am I gonna do this week for a self care activity? Well, Bee recommended some great reads in her latest post. I encourage you to take a look at it to get some great suggestions for new self improvement books to read.

For myself, I think I am going to start reading you are a badass by Jen Sincero! It looks like a great read! And I think I’d enjoy it immensely!

And we can all use a little self improvement, right?

Right! So that’s on my to read list this week! 😀

I hope ya’ll have a fab Monday! Remember, be a badass!

  1. Hello Carol Ann, lovely to have you with us this week. I hope you enjoy the book. It really kicked my bum. She is a great writer and has a fun style. Am just back from a walk with Sherky and am having a cup of tea. Telling myself that I am doing well with creating new things. Hope you are having a great week and thanks for the shoutout!
