How do you manage to find joy when it feels like its gone?
How do you find purpose when it seems like there is none?
How do you go on when all you want to do is give up?

Continued … Jess, loved family members, Dr (I’ve forgotten her name, oh heck) singing, writing, blog friends … whatever… any drops of goodness you can capture. See them forming a big puddle in your mind and imagine splashing about in it like a kid does and having fun … a big puddle of goodness.
I know it’s hard, so hard. Thinking of you and willing you through this soon. xx
Sounds corny but I tend to try to find the smallest thing of beauty when I feel Like that and focus on it. Whether the sound of a bird, a piece of music, something beautiful I’ve seen etc and just engross myself in it to remember there are good things in the world. You do have a purpose, if you haven’t found it yet? Well it might be right around the corner waiting for you to have learned all you need to fulfill it 😊💜💚💙
I think the answers are simple ones but not easy, I felt that low on Thursday and asked myself similar questions. I looked at a UK lottery ticket and honestly didn’t care if I won millions or not, which raised a scary question of “Whats the point in anything ? ” I then decided over the next 20 minutes is the end for me, it wasn’t so then the next questions was raised “how do I reboot my life from the start” This is where I think you need to start, very basic things that will make a big difference in time. I started my blog, changed my social circle and the changes keep on coming in the past 48 hours. Start with the very basic parts of your life and build on from that point. Good luck and remember greatness is within, we just need to find it
Thanks and ur right it’s so true. I am trying to be mimdful 😉😘😘

It is really hard and I feel myself struggling with the same questions a lot of the time at the moment. Sometimes I take myself out on a little walk with my phone camera and really try to focus on what is around me – pretty plants, a nice view, leaves, anything – to try to focus my mind and be mindful. I take some photos and it can be calming and nice to really see some of the beautiful things around us that we can often overlook. x
Your right. It’s good to be mindful 💝😉

The only thing that keeps me going is everyone around waiting for me to fail. Just so I can prove them wrong. I don’t know why, I have been that way all my life. The only reason I did not drop out of high school was because my mom loved to tell me how I would never finish and if I did not with my class. I hated school and could careless if I finshed but I knew she was wrong and had to prove it. Now everyone is sitting back waiting for me to lose my house and everything and fail at doing this on my own so they can say you put yourself here you wanted a divorce blah blah. I am not going to give them that chance.
I ask myself these same questions at times, and I have to believe that we are here for a reason, that even if our struggle helps one person, our life has purpose. I have the advantage of age, so I know I will pull through (have done it many times before) – my faith is based on experience. I can say for certain that through the vehicle of this blog you have touched many lives – even in your struggle. Take care.
