I did it, I lost more weight this week

I did it again! I totally smashed my weight loss this week! I am so thrilled!

I weighed in last night. And I was down 2 and a half pounds! I couldnt believe it!

That brings me over the two stone mark! I am now down a total of 2 stone 1 and a half pounds! For my US readers thats a grand total of 29.5 pounds. In only five months!

I feel totally fab about this achievement! It means I am doing all the right things!

Heres to many more great weeks of weight loss ahead!

      Yes I should’ve received a certificate last night, but she ran out of certificates so I have to wait until next week to get mine but its okay I didn’t mind waiting
