Pivot #3TC

Your three words today are:
PROJECT
PROTEST
PIVOT

😊

We pivot at dawn where doubts still sleep,
Turning our faces toward the light,
Carrying questions we choose to keep,
Like maps unfinished, folded tight.

A fragile dream becomes a project,
Sketched in chalk on a city wall,
Each small effort a quiet object
Defying gravity, daring the fall.

At noon the streets begin to hum,
Voices gather, firm, unbent,
A single step, then more to come,
Hope learning how to sound like protest.

We pivot again when shadows grow,
Revising plans the night disrupts,
Letting the project breathe and flow,
Through errors, cracks, and sudden ruts.

By dusk the protest turns to song,
Not loud with rage, but wide and clear,
A pivot proving we belong
To futures we are building here.

Written in response to the 3TC hosted by Di, thanks, Di!
