Thanks to Rochelle for hosting Friday fictioneers!

Emma found her husband, Leo, patting the kitchen counter like a bewildered cat. He had lost his glasses again, and the morning sun made everything blurrier. Emma tried not to laugh as she guided him to a chair. Leo sighed dramatically, recalling imaginary adventures they’d supposedly taken together in his “foggy realm.” Emma opened the fridge to grab milk and spotted the glasses perched atop the yogurt. With a triumphant grin, she returned them. Leo’s vision snapped back, and he saw her smile first. “I’d be lost without you,” he murmured, on this bright morning.

I am currently raising money to pay for ongoing psychotherapy. I am a survivor of complex trauma, I have dissociative identity disorder, and complex PTSD.  Therapy can be very expensive.
