Therapy Bits

I have my six monthly health check up this morning, it is my diabetes check up.

I have an appointment with one of the nurses at my GP’S practice at 10:45.

I’m not getting blood work done, because I had that done about a month ago.

She will weigh me, check my feet, ask a bunch of questions etc.

I’m also going to ask her to give me my flu and covid shots.

I have not gotten those yet.

After today’s appointment I will need to make another appointment to see my GP in about 2 weeks for a follow up.

I think my blood sugars are pretty stable, so there isn’t anything to worry about.

The weather here this morning is pretty cold. It is only 2 degrees C. It is supposed to get sunny later but stay at around 2 degrees C all day.

I’ve gotten a good nights sleep so I feel well rested.
