A flibbertigibbet danced on the breeze,
Chasing the whispers of giggling trees.
She tripped on a sunbeam, somersaulted in air,
Tangled with moonlight, got starlight in hair.
Her chatter was nonsense, her laughter was loud,
She juggled the thunder, astonished the cloud.
A whirlwind of wonder, she’ll never sit—
Long live the flibbertigibbet!
