Therapy Bits

I slept for most of the day.

I have a horrible headache that won’t disappear. It is making me cranky and crabby.

It is 12:45 AM now. I decided to get up.

I’m done sleeping and my back is hurting.

I made a cup of coffee, and will see if that helps.

I’m still awaiting two packages in the mail, that haven’t arrived yet after 3 weeks.

I’m worried about them.

The person who sent them to me was in touch today and I think he’s going to see if he can see where they are.

Other than that, I need to go out tomorrow morning, I have to go grocery shopping.

Not my favourite thing to do but I might go to Starbucks when I am out to get a latte.

I won’t be going to my parents house this weekend. My dad has a colonoscopy on Monday and he’s doing the prep for it this weekend, so I’m staying clear.

He’s also having the camera put down his throat as well as the colonoscopy.

We don’t know yet whether he’ll be kept in after it or not.

Time will tell. If he’s kept In hospital I might go stay with mom for a few days.
