There once was a wife full of flair,
With locks dyed a rainbow, not rare.
Her husband would frown,
Every time she went to town,
Claiming neighbours would stop and stare.
She danced through the days, bold and wild,
While he grumbled, no longer beguiled.
Yet her laughter would gleam
Like a peppermint dream—
Leaving even the grumpiest child smiled.
