Here are my goals, noteworthy ones, that I consider worth writing down and that I hope to achieve today.
Work my volunteer job, do a shift, and enjoy that.
Prepare a home cooked meal.
Exercise for 30 minutes.
Read and finish my current book.
Write a gratitude list.
Do some laundry.
Wash my hair.
Take some time to meditate and relax.
