I decided to start writing down my daily goals again, I used to do this some years ago. It made me accountable, and I like that.
So, here are my goals for today.
Eat 3 healthy meals.
Do lots of writing.
Wash my hair and shower.
Do lots of reading.
Make time to chat to my mom.
Email my therapist.
Get outside for a while.
Keep hydrated.
Cuddle with Charlie the dog.
