If my grandad was alive, he would’ve turned 91 this month.
His birthday is August 24th.
He died 10 years ago.
I still miss him. I think about him a lot.
In the end, he died of kidney failure.
We were all with him when he died, all the family were with him.
He died at home.
I remember celebrating his 70th and 80th birthdays.
We went out for a meal for his 80th, and for his 70th we went to the race track.
Those were fun occasions.
I videoed him on his 80th birthday, and I treasure that video now.
