I’ve started drinking water, and squeezing fresh lemon juice into it!
Does anyone else do this? Or have you done it In the past?
I’ve heard the lemon juice speeds up metabolism!
I don’t know if that is true, but it is nice, and I like the taste of it.
I made myself a big jug of lemon water today, and I am planning on having a glass in the mornings before I eat anything.
What do others think, do you think this is a good idea, and that I’ll benefit from doing it?
