Three Things Challenge #MM72 | pensitivity101
On velvet skies the dreamers show
Their thoughts in stars, a silent glow.
Yet down below, with pen in hand,
I scrawl truths time won’t understand.
The stage is lit, the actors pose,
With painted smiles and borrowed clothes.
But in the wings, where shadows fall,
I leave my heart in every scrawl.
They cheer the tales that shimmer bright,
Unseen, the writer fights the night.
A whisper’s weight, a hidden blow—
Not all we feel is fit to show.
So if you find a page worn thin,
With trembling lines and ink-stained sin,
Know someone dared, despite it all,
To show the world their soul in scrawl.
