I am going to write a list of the self care goals I’d like to achieve today. Hopefully writing them down will help me get them crossed off and achieved.
Exercise for 30 minutes
Read for an hour
Journal
Write a gratitude list.
Drink 2 litres of water.
Wash my hair.
Email a friend.
Hoping that I can get to all of these goals today, but if not, that is ok, too.
