Well, I’ve not had any junk food in four days. I am on track, and doing very well at my diet.

I am so pleased. I knew I was going to struggle, but actually I have not struggled too much at all which is wonderful.

I am keeping to a daily exercise routine, and I am drinking lots of water.

I can already feel the difference, I have more energy, and I feel good in my body.

I decided that in order to keep from eating junk food, I would not buy any.

So there isn’t any junk food in my house, and it is going to stay that way.

If I don’t have it in the house, I can’t eat it.

If I was able to lose 36 pounds 2 years ago, then I’m sure I can do it again, and repeat the process.

It is just all about being careful, mindful of what I eat, exercising, and keeping hydrated.

I am doing the same. Not snacks means I can’t eat any. It’s hard being strong. Luckily I live a long way from town so I just can’t pop into a shop and get a snack

Thanks for joining in Carol Anne 😀

I can’t even get things delivered. It would cost about 200% more than the actual delivery 😲

Good for you, keeping junk food out of the house. I follow the same policy. If it’s not in the house, I’m not going to be tempted to eat it.

This weekend hasn’t been great. I’ve treated myself to a lot of unhealthy foods but it was my sister‘s birthday and we were celebrating so I’m giving myself some grace. ❤️❤️
