Therapy Bits

c I was having a rather rough morning. Emotionally I did not feel too good.

Mom asked me if I’d like to go browse around the shops, maybe pick up some stuff for myself.

I wasn’t sure at first if I wanted to go, but then I agreed.

We had a lovely time and I am glad I went.

I bought some birthday cards for my sister, my aunt, and my little cousin.

I looked on the reduced rail in a clothing store, and I picked up 3 items.

I got a cream shirt, it has long sleeves, but it is light and summery.

I got a t-shirt which is a nice green colour.

I also got a fleece because they were selling them off cheap.

My 3 items only amounted to 20 euro, so I got a bargain.

I decided to start shopping for my sisters upcoming birthday. I got her 3 candles, they are citronella ones, and I got her a saying to hang on her wall, it says, it’s always lovely at the beach.

I’m going to give her some money too and buy her some flowers.

Mom and I decided to go have a coffee in a restaurant, mom had a cappuccino and I had a latte.

We didn’t have any food, because we were going to have dinner when we got back home.

All in all it was a lovely afternoon, and I am feeling much better now, the sunshine and fresh air did me good.
