Soft purrs rise gently with each warm breath,
Whiskers twitch in a dreamlike rhythm,
Tail curled tight in peaceful stillness,
Sunlight dances on furred gold,
Eyelids flicker, half-closed,
Paws knead phantom threads,
Blanket cocoon,
Sleepy soul,
Purring,
Rest.
