Hope emerges from the darkest days,
Embracing the soul in gentle ways.
Although the scars may linger still,
Love and time can help to heal.
Inside the pain, there’s strength to find,
Never give up, leave fear behind.
Growth blooms from what we endure.

Finding peace through every tear,
Rising above the storm and fear.
Open hearts can mend the break,
Moving forward, for our own sake.

Transformation comes slow and true,
Reclaiming life in shades anew.
After the battle, peace will call,
Understanding how we rise from fall.
Mending pieces, each day we try,
Allowing ourselves to heal and fly.

I was trying to comment on the pizza, grocery shop post and it won’t let me. Here is that comment: I get overwhelmed in large crowds sometimes too. That pizza sounds delicious.

Thank you for reading, liking, and commenting to my posts.  It is very appreciated.

I am currently raising money to pay for ongoing psychotherapy. I am a survivor of complex trauma, I have dissociative identity disorder, and complex PTSD.  Therapy can be very expensive.

If you feel like donating to my fund you can donate using pay pal. My pay pal email for donating is:

Manyofus1980@gmail.com

Don’t feel you have to, there is no pressure, but I’m grateful for any donations that are received.

Again thanks for visiting!
