In childhood’s tender, innocent years,
Trauma struck, and tears did appear.
A grief so deep, it left its scar,
And sadness crept in, near and far.
The loneliness that followed was vast,
A heavy heart, a soul aghast.
But as the years went by, a path was found,
To healing’s light, where shadows wound.
With every step, the pain subsided,
And sorrow’s weight began to divide.
The loneliness, it slowly faded away,
As healing balm brought hope each new day.
