Today is my mom’s birthday. I didn’t see her today but I will see her tomorrow, and we’ll celebrate properly then, I did call her up to read her this poem that I wrote for her for her special day. She is turning 62 today. Ok, here is my poem in honor of her and her birthday

Today’s the day, oh so bright,
You’re turning 62, and it’s a delight!
Mom, happy birthday, may your day be sweet,
Filled with joy, and memories to greet.
We gather ’round to celebrate,
The love we share, and the memories we create.
I want to give you hugs, and an endless embrace,
To show you how much I love and cherish your face.
You’re a special mom, with a heart so true,
A love that’s pure, and a spirit that shines through.
Sixty-two years young, and still going strong,
You light up the world, with your sweet, sweet song.
So here’s to you, on your special day,
May it be filled with joy, in every single way.
I love you more than words can say,
And I’m grateful for you, every single day.
So let’s celebrate, with hugs and with cheer,
And make this day one that’s truly special and dear.
Happy birthday, Mom, I love you so much,
And I’m honored to be your child, and to share this special bond.
