In the depths of a distorted reality,
A little girl once innocent and free,
Isolated from love and care,
Her childhood stolen, unaware.
Imprisoned by trauma and torture,
Abused and alone, afraid to venture,
Into a world so cruel and unkind,
Where innocence is hard to find.
The abusers lurk in the shadows,
Preying on the vulnerable, their sorrows,
Inflicting pain and suffering,
Leaving the little girl wondering.
But in the darkness, a light shines through,
A glimmer of hope, a love so true,
Breaking the chains of fear and despair,
Showing the little girl someone does care.
Though the scars may never fade,
The little girl finds solace in the shade,
Of a world where she is safe and sound,
No longer imprisoned, no longer bound.
