Its raining hard right now. I’m sitting in my bedroom, just listening to it fall outside my window. I thought I’d write a poem about it, so, here is a tanka, I just wrote.
Raindrops gently fall,
Saturating the ground’s thirst,
Nature’s beauty blooms,
Petrichor fills the air now,
Life’s essence, pure and profound.
Written in response to the word of the day challenge, today’s word is saturate
