It is about 8:00am and about 61F (16C) and sunny. It will be going to 87F (30C) at its hottest.

Absolutely HOT 🔥 and miserable! It’s gotten to over 106 degrees here…but that’s without counting the humidity level….with the humidity level, was 110. It’s been a week straight that we’ve had record breaking hottest weather

Not bad today, 84 degrees F (29 degrees C) with a fairly low humidity. A week ago today it was 96 degrees F (36 degrees C) with a heat index of 107 degrees F (42 degrees C) with intense sun. It was miserable. The next day was supposed to be even worse, but was actually not as bad. Since last Saturday the weather has been between OK and actually nice. A few days last week and the weeks before the air was horribly hazy and hard to breathe from the Canadian wildfire smoke, but this week the air is clear.

Last week was rain showers and flooding…this week is sunny but not as humid during summer. Climate change is making the weather here awfully crazy
