Therapy Bits

All I did today was sleep.

I didn’t sleep all day, but I slept for the whole morning.

I was so exhausted after all of the worry about mom.

I did talk to her a few times today. She’s feeling a bit better…so that’s good.

When I did get up I just watched some tv, and a movie.

I watched the greatest showman and I also watched the semifinals of the voice UK.

Now its 10 Pm but because I slept so much last night and this morning, I am not even tired.

I don’t mind if I don’t sleep for a while, as tomorrow is Sunday and I’ve got no plans.

I did manage to take a shower, which is good, because I really needed one.

I am going to catch up on blog reading, on email, and then I will read for a while.
