down half a pound

I had my weekly weigh in this morning.
I lost half a pound! I lost the same amount last week.
I’m ok with that. Its coming off slowly, very slowly. But at least the weight is coming off.
the slower, the better, at least then I have more of a chance of keeping it off.
I did keep to my promise of not weighing myself on my own scales. So I was pleased with myself that I was able to stick to doing that.
After weigh in, I came home and had boiled eggs and toast for breakfast. And a nice mug of hot coffee.

That’s really good. Just don’t let it go up as yo-yo dieting makes it hard to lose weight.
