I decided since I woke up feeling good, that I’d write a gratitude list. I’m joining in with 10 things of thankful TTOT
Ten Things of Thankful: Refocus
So here goes!
1. I am thankful for a good nights sleep. I finally slept well last night.
2. I am thankful that I woke up feeling good this morning.
3. I am thankful for gelato! I bought some gelato for the little alters last night, and they really enjoyed it.
4. I am thankful for my mom. She’ll be coming over later to spend some time with me.
5. I am thankful for music. I listened to some sootheing music last night before bed, it worked a treat for putting me to sleep.
6. I am thankful for fresh fruit which I ate for breakfast this morning.
7. I am thankful for podcasts. They are cool to listen to and I learn a lot from them.
8. I am thankful for the weekend mental health team. They called me yesterday to check in since I’ve been struggling a lot. And they’ll call again this morning.
9. I am thankful for a hot shower. It makes me feel so good! I love letting the water just flow over me.
10. I am thankful for my blog, and my blogging friends. You all help me to get through. I am so thankful to have you all in my life.
