Hi everyone
I decided since I woke up feeling good, that I’d write a gratitude list. I’m joining in with 10 things of thankful TTOT
Ten Things of Thankful: Refocus

So here goes!
1. I am thankful for a good nights sleep. I finally slept well last night.
2. I am thankful that I woke up feeling good this morning.
3. I am thankful for gelato! I bought some gelato for the little alters last night, and they really enjoyed it.
4. I am thankful for my mom. She’ll be coming over later to spend some time with me.
5. I am thankful for music. I listened to some sootheing music last night before bed, it worked a treat for putting me to sleep.
6. I am thankful for fresh fruit which I ate for breakfast this morning.
7. I am thankful for podcasts. They are cool to listen to and I learn a lot from them.
8. I am thankful for the weekend mental health team. They called me yesterday to check in since I’ve been struggling a lot. And they’ll call again this morning.
9. I am thankful for a hot shower. It makes me feel so good! I love letting the water just flow over me.
10. I am thankful for my blog, and my blogging friends. You all help me to get through. I am so thankful to have you all in my life.

    Very enjoyable TToT post.
    (I was commenting over at Astrid’s) that one of the simplest benefits (and most powerful) of participating in this bloghop is to read about trials and the triumphs of others and have a brief moment of identifying with them.
    To have that brief sense of ‘I know how that feels’ is way more beneficial that it has any right to be…lol
    Music, like dogs, is one of those rare parts of life that are simply good.

    Terrific list, Carol Anne! I love podcasts, too, as well as a good night’s sleep, hot showers, and falling asleep to soothing music!

    Getting a good night’s rest after listening to soothing music and waking up feeling good is a blessing, because I know there are people who struggle to do that.
    Having such an assortment of podcasts from which to choose opens up a whole world of ideas and experiences. I am glad that you have access to them.

    A wonderful list. There’s nothing like a hot shower, is there. It’s one of life’s nicest luxuries.
