I went to bed last night at 10 Pm. I just took my night meds around 8:30, and watched a bit of tv, then at 10 Pm I was getting tired, so decided to call it a night and go to bed.
I fell asleep right away. I slept right through until 3:30 AM!
Then I woke up, and decided to get up. I was feeling awesome. I decided to hop in the shower and then make myself a coffee.
My friend Norma texted me at 5:30, she couldnt sleep, so I rang her and we chatted for a while.
Now its 7 AM and I’m just relaxing before calling my mom.
My mom will be up at around 8 so I will ring her then, to find out what time she wants me to pick her up at.
I’m really delighted that my sleep is improving a little bit! Not sure if its down to the haldol I take or the clonadine, but either way I’ll take it.

I am currently raising money to pay for ongoing psychotherapy. I am a survivor of complex trauma, I have dissociative identity disorder, and complex PTSD.  Therapy can be very expensive.

Don’t feel you have to, there is no pressure, but I’m grateful for any donations that are received.
