#SoCS: Curl!

With thanks to Linda for hosting!

The Friday Reminder and Prompt for #SoCS July 12, 2025 |

I remember when I had a perm. I loved having curly hair.

My hair is normally dead straight. Long, thin and dead straight.

I used to have thick hair, but when I was about 10 years old, I put lots of little platt’s in it, and my hair got all frizzy and it started to break.

I don’t know what possessed me to do that. I was going on holiday and I thought it would be fun to have lots of platt’s in my hair.

Nowadays I only curl my hair if I am going out somewhere nice.

My sister or my mom usually curls it for me.

It usually takes pretty well, and the curls will stay in but I have to use a lot of hairspray on it.

I envy those with curly hair, as I’d love to have naturally curly hair.
