Fowc: Alarm

I never really set an alarm to wake up in the morning.

I seem to just automatically wake up and I always wake up early.

I like that as I love the early mornings.

I love sitting in the peace and quiet, sitting on my recliner, just scrolling on my phone, listening to the birds, and drinking my coffee.

It is pure bliss.

I was always an early riser, even as a child.

I have terrible insomnia, so I don’t sleep much at all.

3 or 4 hours pretty much does me.

If I have to be somewhere and I need to get up early, then occasionally I will set an alarm.

Like when I went to Colorado in 2022, I had to be at the airport for 5 AM, so I did set an alarm, although, I never slept on the night that I was leaving.

Are you a morning person? Are you an early riser?

Not a morning person ever! LOL. I’ve found I can set my brain’s alarm clock to a certain hour, like my Grandmother used to do, if I’m not too tired.

Sleep is my favorite way to escape life. 3-4 hours a night, I would be toast. I had 6 hours last night and am ready to fall asleep at work.

LOL, I’m used to it now, I rarely get more than four hours 🩷🩷
