I’m smiling today because I have had a lovely day. My PA Frances came back to work. I had a nice heart to heart with my mom. I enjoyed a big plate of chili that my sister made for me. I took a nice hot shower to calm my anxious thoughts. Now my anxiety has lessened considerably. For that I am so grateful.
