This week for the Sunday poser, Sadje is asking us:

How do you reply to controversial comments on your post or those addressed to you on the posts of others?

If the comments are rude, or very controversial, then I will delete them.

If they are a little rude, I might leave them, but just reply with an emoji.

If they are very hateful, I’ll automatically delete them. I don’t need hate on my blog.

I’m open to criticism, and if someone thinks my poetry isn’t good, I’m open to hearing that.

But don’t be an asshole!

I hate rudeness and I won’t tolerate it on my blog!

    Very well said Carol. I think you’ve good safeguards in place. No one needs hate or unpleasantness on their blog.

    I also delete rude and insulting comments. Life is too short to deal with that crap.
