Write a story about a new beginning, fresh start or new challenge.
Ava walked with a pep in her step.
She was on a mission. She was on her way to the gym.
She was making a new start, changing her mindset, and changing her life.
Her goal was to exercise more, and get in shape.
She got to the gym and opened the swinging doors to go inside.
She was meeting her trainer at 2 PM. She was a little nervous, but she was also ready.
“Lets do this”, she said.
Her trainer greeted her warmly, and smiled at her.
“Are you ready to create the new you”, the trainer said?
“Sure”, Ava said, I’m ready.
With that the two of them sat down to make a plan.
