So lets sit down, have a drink, and a catch up!

I have coffee, tea, hot chocolate, orange juice, coke, and water!

Take your pick! I’m passing out the chocolate chunk cookies I bought also! They taste so good!

Well, if we were having a coffee I would first tell you that my mom and sister and my niece came over this afternoon. My sister helped me apply for my visa so that I can gain entry to the US! And it was already approved yippee!

I didn’t have to wait long! I am so relieved that it was approved! I was an anxious mess waiting to hear!

My niece brought her phone with her, she’s 14 and well she’s always stuck with her nose in her phone. After a while of watching videos on tick tock she got bored, so then I made her a baileys latte from my coffee machine, and she had cookies too!

Then I gave her a present of 10 euro which she was thrilled about. She said I am her favourite auntie! I am her only auntie lol. At least on my side of the family!

Mom and my sis and I had coffee and we chatted for a while. Then they left and I decided to relax.

If we were having coffee I’d tell you that the weather has been beautiful today. Its been warm and sunny all day. Makes a change from the gloomier weather we had of late. We’ve had lots of rain over the past few days. I think tomorrow we’re set to have more, so I may as well enjoy the sun while I can!

If we were having coffee I’d also tell you that mom invited me for Sunday lunch tomorrow. I accepted and will go over to my parents house at around 11 AM in the morning. We’re having corned beef, cabbage, peas and mashed potatoes. Yum. I cant wait. Its one of my all time favorite dinners.

I think I’ll also ask mom if she’ll put my hair color in for me. My hair badly needs to be dyed. All my greys are showing!

On another note, I can’t believe its almost easter, just one week to go. I got easter eggs for my mom, dad, my niece, nephew, and my PA Frances. I will give my sister a card with some lottery scratch cards in it, she said she didn’t want chocolate.

And its almost my birthday too! I don’t have any plans for it. I will probably do nothing on the actual day itself, we’ll probably celebrate it next weekend, as I’ll be going to my parents for the easter weekend.
