Welcome back to another Sunday Poser

This week my question is;
Do you ever feel lonely? And if you do, how do you overcome the feeling?
Sometimes I experience immense loneliness but my loneliness comes from within. I always feel so alone and lonely at night. When the rest of the world is asleep, I am usually awake. I am usually experiencing bad anxiety, nightmares, flashbacks, and emotional pain.
To cope with the feelings of aloneness and loneliness, I will usually read, reading helps me escape, it also lets me go into someone else’s world for a little while.
I also write a lot. Writing is like a sort of therapy to me. It allows me to express the emotions and pain I am feeling.
I will also snuggle with Nitro. He’s just awesome. I love him so much, and really, when I dont have him, I am going to be so heartbroken.
He brings me great comfort.
Sometimes I listen to the radio at night. It means I am not sitting in silence. I like to listen to the repeat of the previous mornings talk show. I intentionally don’t listen to the talk show in the morning, so that at night I’ll be able to listen to it.
