Therapy Bits

Yesterday I recieved my invoice in my email from the company that collects my rubbish bins each week.
The thing is, lately, they havent been picking them up on the designated day.
They say there are access issues, and the bin lorry cant get up to our houses to pick them up.
I agree there are issues, neighbours parking their cars on the road, causing the lorries not to be able to gain access. Really the city council needs to do something about it, but they refuse to.
But I am paying for a service, over 200 euro a year, and I feel they should make alternative arrangements to pick up our trash.
I’m not impressed!
I’ve rang the company a few times, they do come back on a different day to pick up, but why not change the day?
I mean they usually come back at the weekend, on a saturday morning, so why not change the collection day to saturday?
It makes more sense!
