Has anyone got any ideas for foods that I can snack on?
I already snack on fruit, and rice cakes, but I am looking for other ideas.
It has to be healthy, not junk food.
All ideas are appreciated!

    Nuts are good, not salted and are crunchy. I also like to slice a cucumber with vinegar and salt and pepper- it’s refreshing, also of course celery, the chewing makes calories zero😀

    popcorn, bruschetta, oatmeal, edamame, dip fruit in yogurt, caprese salad, tomatoes or bell peppers with tuna…..
