i’ve had an up and down sort of week in regards to my weight. at my nieces communion party on saturday, i ate quite a lot of food. mostly unhealthy food. i had cake also on both saturday and after dinner on sunday. since monday though i’ve been pretty good about what i am eating. i dont see karen my nutritionist until friday morning but I think I will be down when I am weighed. Now to just exercise, I havent been motivated to do that this week. Having the motivation to exercise is my biggest problem, once i get that down I’ll be sorted I think and the weight will come off much faster.
