Its weigh day tomorrow!

And I am doubtful I’ve lost anything. I mean I could have lost a little, not sure though. Right now I just dont know. I am trying to be hopeful. I was good all week, the only thing I ate this week that was not on plan was a personal pizza, but I deserve a treat sometimes too don’t I?
I am going to weigh in at 9 AM in the morning, my PA Frances will be here, and I will have her weigh me on my scales that weighs in KGS as its more accurate and I trust it more than I trust my talking scales.
You never know, maybe I’ll surprise myself with the result.
I’ve been neglecting my exercise so from tomorrow on I am going to walk again every day.
Its important and will aid me in my weight loss!
