I maintained this week, didnt gain, didnt lose. But I am ok with that. A maintain is the next best thing after not losing, at least I am not gaining!
I am going to make a few minor changes this week to how I do things, so that I will get a loss next week. The main thing I am going to do is weigh out my milk, and exercise more. Other than that I seem to be doing ok, I am staying within my syns I am allowed 15 per day. I am eating the right types of food, loads of fruit and vegetables which is good for my weight loss.
I am also drinking tons of water, and I feel that next week it will show on the scales, so although it wasnt the best result this week, it was still a pretty ok week for me.

For me the best way to cool off is by drinking a cool bottle of water. I love water, especially when its icy cold.
I drink a lot of it. I try to drink 3 or 4 bottles a day.
On hot days, I drink more. I also like to have a cool shower if I am hot, and need to be cooled off.
What lets you cool off? What do you find is the best way to do it?
Does anyone know if drinking water makes you lose weight? I’ve been drinking a lot of it. But I havent been losing. Does having a lot of water in the day make you retain fluid?
Just curious. I guess its still good to drink it though right?
