Did you know?
That today is Giant Panda Day? This week in 1936, the first live giant panda from China was brought to the United States by clothing designer Ruth Harkness. Named Su-Lin, the male bear cub arrived in San Francisco and was subsequently sold to the Brookfield Zoo near Chicago for $8,750. It marked the beginning of an extensive series of pandas going abroad from China.

batin down the hatches!

So the storm is almost here! The news said by midnight the winds would be really strong and there would be a massive amount of rainfall!
I am so glad to be at mom and dads house!
I think its gonna be a looong night!
I am safe though and thats what matters!
I hope there wont be too much damage from the storm. Today the sun was shining, it was 21 degrees C here! So the calm really did come before the storm!
Anyway, I’m sure the howling winds will keep me up, so I will prepare for a night of little to no sleep!
How are the storms in the USA now?
Spain had a massive one too and 8 people died in it!
I hope nobody dies in our storm!

I dont do weird foods! I’m not a fan!

I tasted some things before that were not weird for some, but for me, they were!

I tasted some foreign foods, like spanish dishes, french dishes, etc. I wasnt a fan. I did however like the US foods I tasted, which included bycen burgers!

I also have tasted biscuits and gravy, and all I gotta say on that is, yuck! I hated it!

We dont have that here. We have biscuits but you call them cookies in the US, we dont have the same type of biscuits that are available in the USA.

Also I have tasted fig nutents, is that what they’re called? Again, yuck! Noooo. Not for me.
