I didn’t have my therapy session this morning.
Eileen emailed me last night, but I never saw it. I went to bed early, and she emailed after I was in bed.
Anyway, this morning, I got up and I was getting showered and dressed and a text came through from her.
She said she couldn’t do our session today. She has a chest infection.
Of course I understood, and I was fine with that.
I told her to get better and that I’d see her next week.
Then I promptly went back to bed and back to sleep until 11:30.
It was nice to get more sleep. I needed it.
When I finally got out of bed, I felt good. I felt refreshed.
I’ve been doing stuff on the computer. And then my PA Trish came at 3.
I didn’t cook anything today, I just made a frozen pizza.
I didn’t feel like cooking, and anyway, I hadn’t gotten any groceries.
I mean I had loads of food already that I needed to use up.
I did not work on friendly call today either. I’m working tomorrow instead. My boss said it would suit her better if I worked tomorrow instead of today.
So now, I’m going to chill out for the rest of the evening. I will watch TV and read.
I will check email, and read blogs.
