Daily food log

Still right on plan with my diet, so its not all bad…
I hope this week to be down some more weight, would love it if I could be down another 3.5 pounds, because then I’d be down a stone, 14 pounds, in 5 weeks, and I’d get my certificate for losing a stone…
anyway…the food diary for today…
breakfast,
two slices of toast, some bacon, mug of tea
lunch,
A toasted ham sandwich, some strawberries, and blueberries…
Dinner:
chicken curry with boiled rice, bottle of water
dessert:
a fruit salad, with mandarin, berries, apple, grapes…
snacks:
crackers, a hi fi slimming world bar…

Exercise today was 20 mins on the treadmill, despite feeling depressed…Am so proud I managed it..
