Weighed in! Update!

I just weighed in!
I lost 3.5 pounds this week. I am so delighted.
I have been exercising a lot. Its important to keep fit.
I’ve now lost 12.5 pounds in one month.
That is 6 KG!
I’m really, really pleased with how I am doing.
I have a long way to go, but this is a good start.
