Weight loss update for this week

So I went to slimming world last night. I was down 1 pound this week! I wasnt sure I’d be down at all this week. So it was a real bonus that I was!
I’ll take a pound! Being down any amount at all is nice!
I’m now down a total of 2 stone 8.5 pounds! Or 36.5 pounds! I’m not sure how christmas will go, I might put up a few pounds, not sure if I will, but probably well its a possibility! But I dont mind if I do! I’m not worried! I can lose it again if I do!

Bonus healthy recipe. a fruit salad

Best Ever Breakfast Strawberry Fruit Salad<?XML:NAMESPACE PREFIX = “O” />

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds strawberries, quartered

1 nectarine, diced

1 plum, diced

1 apple, diced

1 cup green grapes, halved

1 orange, cut into bite sized pieces

1 banana, halved the long way and sliced

Juice from one lemon

2-3 tablespoons sugar

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, tossing with a spoon until mixed well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, tossing again, then serve.

Weight loss win

this week when i saw my nutritionist I was down half a pound. I know it doesnt seem like much but I was delighted. I’d eaten chocolate and crisps and had a pretty bad week. But I had managed to exercise a few times, drink plenty of water, and besides the 2 bars of chocolate and 2 packets of crisps, I did well the rest of the week with my food. I tried to make healthy choices. I count losing half a pound as a success. Now if i can do it again this week, or even maintain I’ll be happy. The fact that I am going away this weekend means I’ll probably eat unhealthily but I’ll try my best. Thats all I can do.
