My sister is putting one of her dogs to sleep in an hour.
Its her pug, Junie.
Junie is 12, and she is deaf and blind.
We are all devastated.
My sister has had her since her daughter Lauren was 3.
My poor sister is in bits!
I told her that I’d ask Nitro to look after Junie.
And that is what I did.
They can run around in doggy heaven together!
They did always love chasing one another.
Putting Junie to sleep is the absolute right thing to do, her quality of life was non existent.
It doesn’t make it any easier though.
I am feeling heartbroken!
The two kids have gone to the vets with my sister.
I think it is right that they will be there to say a final goodbye.
It is a sad day for us all.
