Our phrase for today is:
Di has given us the following 3 words to use today in the #3tc challenge.
Danny hated injustice of any kind. He sat and thought, what was he going to do. How could he fix this?
Dont squirm, danny said to frank, people will know this is a hard one for us to fix!
Frank threw his eyes up to heaven!
Lets ask dave to throw his two cents worth into the mix, surely he’ll know what we should do to fix this injustice, he said.
Ok, Danny said, I’m on it!
do you think you are creative?
so tomorrow afternoon i will be starting art therapy. i’ll be working with a student art therapist. she works at the basement club, which is the mental health place I go to where my mentor is and where I have gone in the past. I will be working with her for 3 months. I am excited to start art therapy. I think I’ll enjoy it. I did it for a few weeks last year and when I was doing it I really liked it. I’m looking forward to seeing how creative I can be, and what I can create and what we can process through creativity. I will keep everyone posted as to how it goes, and who know, I may even post pics of my creative endeavours. Watch this space!

Sammi Cox’s Rules:
The challenge is simple: each week you will be given an exact number of words you can use to write a poem or piece of prose. You can use any format or style you like; go wherever your inspiration takes you. The only rules are these:
•your poem/prose must contain this week’s word. The word does not have to count towards the exact word count total – it can be in the title, or the first letters of the lines of a poem can spell it out – you can be as creative as you want as long as it’s there somewhere.
•the length of your poem/prose must match the number of words stated in this week’s challenge. No more. No less.
for some people

Total word count, 30 words!
Dawn looked at adam. Her blue eyes pierced right through him as she stared intently at him.
But adam, she said, with a huge sigh, you know I am right! I am far more sapient than you are!
Women are way more sapient!
Adam kept disagreeing with her! No! He shouted, It isn’t so!
Oh yeah? well then, give me 3 good reasons why it isn’t so!
Adam couldn’t give even one. So after much thinking, he gave in and walked off.
Dawn had won the argument, see?
She always knew women were more sapient than men.
They had all the answers to arguments about that too!
She decided to go see what all her friends were up to and to tell them I won an argument!
Meanwhile, Adam was busy trying to think of reasons for why men and women differed so much.
I suppose I’ll never really know, he said, as he stared glumly into his cup of tea.
