Low calorie banana milk shake

Lo Calorie Banana Milk Shake
6 ounces skimmed milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 banana, frozen, sliced
1/2 teaspoon sweetener
Place milk in blender. Ad vanilla and frozen banana, a little at a time. Cover; process until smooth. If a thicker shake is desired, add ice cubes until desired thickness.

Banana Cream Pudding
1 package fat-free sugar-free Jello banana cream pudding mix
2 1/2 cups low-fat milk
12 reduced fat vanilla wafers
2 bananas, sliced
Mix pudding with milk. Layer 6 cookies, 1 sliced banana and half of pudding. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients, ending with pudding. Refrigerate.
